| TYEE MARINA is located at 5618 Marine View Dr, Tacoma WA 98422 tel. (253) 383-5321, on the NE side of Commencment Bay near Brown's Point. The marina offers low moorage rates and protected moorage for power and sailboats up to 60 feet. Protected on 3 sides Tyee Marina is behind a massive floating breakwater. Moorage is safe in all weather. The marina is adjacent to open water and is ideal for sailboats, no channels to motor down, no bridges to wait for and the cleanest water and air in Commencement Bay. The North Shore has few storm drains and no industrial activity or railroad to cast diesel fumes over boats. The marina has 2 pump out stations that are well maintained and free. Staff live on-site and access to the docks and parking lot is by coded entry only. A fulltime maintenance crew keeps all services operational.
